We recently purchased a home in southwest florida. Being a "do it yourself" guy from New England I felt I could handle the updating the home needed for our new lifestyle. I soon realized that I needed some experienced Florida design and construction personnel. I was referred to Beach Floor and Decor. In our first meeting we reviewed the design, timing and estimated cost of the renovations through the use of CAD design and accounting programs. I was so impressed with their knowledge we decided to move forward immediately. Our newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms were completed on time with no surprises (except what a previous contractor had hidden behind some sheetrock). The crew communicated well and addressed all the issues without a hitch. We couldn't be happier with the professional

We replaced all of our windows with impact windows and couldn’t be more pleased. The team handled permits and HOA approvals seamlessly. Installation was efficient and the house was left spotless. The difference in noise reduction and insulation is noticeable immediately. We feel much safer going into hurricane season.

We needed a bathroom converted to be safer and more accessible, and Beach Floor and Decor/Beach Breeze handled everything — design, permits, and construction. The walk-in shower is beautifully done and functional. They really understand both design and build, which makes a big difference. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

Beach Floor and Decor/Beach Breeze Builders were excellent! They came within one day of calling to give us a estimate. We had all our floors redone in LVT as well as a bathroom remodeled. They showed up on time, and didn’t stop until the work was done! Very reliable and was able to call Eric with any questions I had along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I had Pergo flooring and a new glass shower door installed. Lynn was knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. Lynn checked up on all the work that was done. Absolute perfection from start to finish. Thank you Lynn.
