Kyle was prompt & professional! He arrived just when he said he would, which I very much appreciated. I have been having trouble with a breaker for months. He investigated and was able to explain why it was happening, in terms I actually understood. My old wiring wasn't working well with the new wiring where we had done a renovation. He fixed the problem quickly once he determined what it was. He also helped install my new Ring Doorbell. If I ever have any issues occur again in the future, I will definitely be calling for Kyle again! Thank you so much!

Had outlet work done by another company. Unbeknownst to me, they butchered the job and left me at risk of a house fire. Only found out because Beacon Plumbing was out at my house checking on a leaking pipe. Brett & Sam came over right away, assessed the hazardous outlets (there were 6), quoted me for the fix, and went to work on the repairs. They were kind, took the time to help me understand the problem, and why I was at risk, and went the extra step to check other outlets around the area to ensure they were safely installed.
