I rented space from them for over 13 years and never paid the rent even 1 day rent. They didn't pay my security deposit back on time and after several calls and e-mails, they sent just a portion of it, even though I painted the entire space at my cost, just before moving out. They charged me for 3 water heaters that didn't work for 5 years as well as odds and ends. I should have taken them to court but courts were closed to COVID. They are very unprofessional, don't call you back, and you can not get a hold of them. After moving out, they didn't put the utilities under their name and I had to pay 9 months of their gas bills. I would NEVER rent from them nor do business with them.

Worst people to work with. They will tell you one thing and bill you for another.
