Our AC stopped working yesterday and we *hoped* it was just because it was one of the hottest days we’ve had. Morning came and the house has not cooled off at all during the night, so we knew we had a problem. We called Beamont around 8am and spoke to Damian who was very helpful and communicative and able to get us in the same day. We thought we needed a recharge as we know we have a slow leak. Kyle was able to come out around 12 and quickly determined our capacitor was out as well. He replaced the capacitor and recharged the AC and quickly got us up and running again. Kyle was professional and knowledgeable, and the cost was less than we anticipated, which is always a win! Very reasonable. Called at 9 am today to see if I could get service for my sisters unit. I was surprised when Dean said that he absolutely could do this and that his guy Alex was on a job site and would be by afterwards. Alex came around noonish and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was surprised the company has booties for their employees to wear in houses as to not mud up the houses. Alex was thorough in explaining the issue and only when I asked if they did maintenance plans did he say yes and explain which option would be best for this house. He didn’t try to sell the most expensive and only tried to sell a service contract when I asked, which is odd for most companies. He was very professional and courteous! I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs

5 Star rating! I called them at 6am for a heating repair and actually got a live person. They dispatched a technician within the hour to service the unit. Alex was very professional and courteous. Had the unit repaired in no time. I also received a follow up call from the office to make sure the appointment went well and that we were pleased with the service. I would only use this company!
