Drivers going 35mph on route 4 is ridiculous.
Just drove behind a Gerken Truck on south M52. Rocks flying out of the back of the truck; driver was oblivious. As I sped past I read the sign on the back of the truck, “not responsible for cracked windshields.” Up until a few moments ago I had never heard of this company, but it appears that don’t want to be held accountable for their own actions. If your going to drive a truck on a public road make sure your load is secure. I would not recommend this company. If they can’t be held accountable for their actions on the road what else do they think they can get away with?
