Living in the country has been a new experience for our family. After having a bad smell coming from our basement…we thought it might be time to call a professional about what could be the problem. Chris was so kind coming out the same day of our call to put our mind at ease. Soon afterwards he was back with his truck to do the job. We are thankful for his service and would recommend Precision Well and Septic to our friends and family.

Do not hesitate to call Chris. He is responsive, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable- everything you could hope for when hiring a contractor. Not to mention hard-working. He was able to work me into his schedule, coming out late in the evening for a suspected well pump issue. When the problem turned out to be a minor and easier fix, I decided to have him replace the well pump anyways due to its age. However, he left the decision entirely up to me with no salesman pressure. I will definitely be calling him again in the future, and highly recommend! (Also thanks to his helper Garrett as well!)

I had Chris come out for a well issue I was having. Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions. He took his time explaining what he was doing and why. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him, and I will use his services if I have any well or septic issues in the future.

Their website advertised 24-hour service, and when I reached out late in the evening, they responded within minutes. We coordinated a plan, and even though I told them Monday would be fine, they insisted on coming out first thing Sunday morning at 7:00 AM. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were professional, knowledgeable, and got right to work. The communication was excellent, the diagnosis was clear, and the work was done efficiently and correctly. You could tell right away these guys know their stuff and take pride in doing the job right. It was 13 degrees out and they didn’t hesitate at all! If you’re dealing with any septic or well issues and want someone rel
