Bear Valley Plumbing & Heating

Had a gas odor discovered on Sunday by our real estate agent and called Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating. From the beginning, Rebecca had a can do attitude and scheduled Kyle out to look at the problem. He determined the problem, called me with options and recommendations and fixed it. All throughout this process they were in constant contact with me and made the whole process easy, even though I wasn't in town. Great company and highly recommend them! John PS. We had a second problem a month later with our heater's circuit board went out and Quentin George came out and did a fantastic job determining the problem and laying out all of our options. Can't say enough positive things about Bear Valley... you should use them!!!

They showed up same-day notice to check on a furnace issue. They provided a detailed breakdown of the issue and options via email after the appointment. I only used them for diagnostics at this point. Based on what I've seen, they are professionally run and I would recommend!

Our tech Kyle arrived within the time frame given to us. After a brief conversation about our issues, Kyle quickly started troubleshooting the system and found the problem. Unfortunately the part needed to be ordered.
