We had a great experience getting our hot water heater replaced. Jay was extremely responsive and made himself available right away since we needed service ASAP, which we really appreciated. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything clearly, so we felt confident in the work being done. He is very knowledgeable, and you can tell he runs a professional and honest business! His pricing was very competitive and fair, especially for such quick turnaround service. Jay the plumber was an amazing find. Not only is he very professional plumber but he is honest and gives you a very reasonable price. He was able to drain a 20 year old water heater full of sediment and fully install the new one in about 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable of all water heater types and will make sure you get exactly what is needed so you don't waste your money on unnecessary add ons. From the first call to report the issue with our tankless water heater, J could easily determine what the problem was i.e. sign of a seasoned, knowledgeable plumber. He was so responsive to texts and calls and explained the process re installation of a new heater to replace the almost 20 year old relic.
