I’ve used M&M twice now. Once for my wall heater and the second time for my tankless water heater. Arrived within an hour both times, fixed the issue, and reasonable prices. Will use them again!

Ron is the man! Heater stopped working, house got down to 42 brrrrr, called Ron, he came 15 minutes later, diagnosed the problem, got the part, replaced it and the heater was working as new all within an hour! Couldn't recommend M&M more for anyone with heating issues. Thanks Ron!!!

I recently had an issue with my furnace during a snowy day in Big Bear, and M&M Mechanical Services came to the rescue! From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. When I called, no one answered immediately, but I left a message, and they called me back right away. Despite being incredibly busy due to the weather, they assured me they would come out to diagnose the problem. My service technician, Dean, was fantastic! He explained everything clearly and took the time to walk me through the issue and the repair process. The unit was repaired efficiently and is now running perfectly. I was especially impressed with how smoothly everything was handled remotely. I provided them with a code to access my home, and they completed the work without any issues. I’m extremely happy

Highly recommend, got back to me quickly and we're on time. Dean was fantastic and provided me knowledge of my heater so I now much more informed with a better understanding of how it operates and helped me on how to use my new smart thermostat. They are honest and reasonable and I will use them for future!
