Beaver Concrete Construction

I would give 0 stars if possible. Beaver Concrete was the sub contractor of my new construction home. They poured the original porch, which had unknown concrete staining and Beaver Concrete applied Clemons Concrete Sealer Stain to cover the stains in Oct. 2024 on my back patio, porch and walk. It looked great for about 2 weeks. After that, it started faking off . Several emails were sent to the president, Tim Spangler and not once have I received a phone call from anyone from their company; they would only respond to my many emails saying they were working on getting the job on their schedule. Finally it took from Oct. 24 to Aug 25, for their guys come out to strip the sealer stain and what a mess they made and damage to my property they have caused. This is a new house (2024) and

Beaver just resurfaces my driveway for the third time under warranty repair. This has to be one of the worse ones yet. They are refusing to call me back to address their shabby workmanship. Any suggestions on what to do next.

BCC installed a concrete patio under our deck this week and we couldn’t be happier with it! Our contact Will White was great! He got us a quote and provided expectations which were all met. He showed up several times to check in on the progress. The crew (Curtis & Juan) were punctual, professional, friendly and very detailed and particular with our project! Ed and Greg were our finishers and they were fantastic!!! Took care with our property, did a beautiful job on the concrete finish and cleaned up the job site better then any work crews we have had on site. Hats off to Ed and Greg and Beaver Construction.
