Had Mr. Becker out to my home to assess a leak in my roof and determine if a repair was in order or a whole roof replacement due to the age of 17-18 years. When he arrived I asked for a quote of what it would be to repair or “band aid” the issue if possible and a quote for the whole roof either way. He decided what the problem was before he got on the roof and then went and grabbed a few nails and some caulk and said, “we will get ya taken care of today.” I thought maybe he was gonna throw a few nails to get us a couple weeks until the roof could be replaced because this wasn’t a long term solution in my eyes and he mentioned nothing about cost at this point.
