I had Kassidy and crew replace a large picture window that had become cloudy. From the start, this was a top notch operation. Russ came out and gave me a quote. He was awesome. The quote was incredibly reasonable given the size of the job. Kassidy is friendly and an absolute delight to work with. Russ installed the glass like a BOSS!! It looks amazing and saved me the cost of a brand new window while looking like a brand new window!! Customer for life!! Thanks Kassidy and crew!!!

Called 2 days ago to have some screens built. They were to call us back to schedule a day/time to come out. One year ago we had them replace some broken glass in a garage window and it was determined that it needed a new casing. When the guy arrived, he didn’t have the appropriate tools with him and he needed my husband’s coaching /assistance with the job. Plus, they double charged us (which they did fix) after bringing it to their attention. I hate to give a negative review.. but I have used Beckers Glass when they were under the original ownership. They were wonderful! Not anymore. Kept searching for somewhere to have screens built for egress windows. Billings Hardware came up. Called, went in and gave them the measurements and they had them done in a few days! Fabulous customer serv

I first reached out to Becker's Glass in fall 2023 regarding repair of seven broken window cranks. They were slow to respond to inquiries (months), but finally sent someone to look at the cranks and write up a work order. They said they would provide an estimate, but didn't, despite multiple requests for one. I finally gave up on an estimate (my mistake) and had Becker's come out to at least start the work. They repaired three of seven non-functioning cranks (took about an hour), and promised to follow up. They never did (again, months). Instead, they sent a bill that was far in excess of my expectation (and I know window cranks can be expensive), and refused to negotiate the bill even marginally.
