Beck's Maintenance

Becks did a great job! Our yard and landscaping had not had a good “clean up” in a few years so they really had a huge job to do! Kelly was great! The crew was hard working and did a great job! Even the owner checked in after the job was done to see how everything was! We were very pleased with everything!

About 3, almost 4 years ago now, we spent 30k with this company on our new home. They never discussed color of concrete with us. Then our concrete walkway to our door started crumbling after 6 months of it being poured. Contacted them to come fix it, they said they would & never did. Overall not good experience & we're stuck with a really ugly walkway.

In the few times that I have purchased mulch (brought to my yard) or plants with them, I was very happy and found the service to be efficient and affordable. However, after I payed them quite a large sum to remove a tree that broke in my yard, and included the extra price charged to remove the roots, I was disappointed to find out that the roots were not removed. My follow up calls yielded no help and now I have an unfinished yard that I am struggling with. I think that this is not professional and won’t be using their services in the future.

I used Beck's Maintenance and Garden Center for nine years for mulch. I never had a problem. This year the mulch I received was the wrong quantity. Beck's admitted that it could have happened that day due to high delivery volume. They were hard to get a hold of and make the things right. I stopped in and the owner, Joe, was very rude and abrasive. He would not credit back my delivery fee or refund my money. Instead they gave me an in store credit. Why would I use a company again where the owner treats customers that way?

I have been using Beck’s since August and they have been amazing! Joe came out and gave us a pretty big estimate and scope of project. Our place was a mess and needed a massive cleanup! He’s great to work with and very honest! His crew are great guys and they are so reliable! This is so important! We live in a heavily wooded area and in the Spring and Fall especially we depend on these guys to show up for us and when they don’t it’s a disaster! They’ve showed up!! They don’t just show up. They are super thorough. You don’t have to follow them around and make sure they’re doing what you asked originally. Clearly Joe took good notes all those months ago because this team is on point! They’ve done landscaping, regular mowing and powerwashing for us and I would highly recommend them! We
