Amazing service! They actually answered the phone when I called when I could not get other local companies to return a call. We returned from a trip to find the pump had lost prime so we had no water. They came same afternoon and stayed until 8pm just to see if they could get water for us for one night until they could return next day to replace pump. Replacement done early next day and works great. They work diligently and are enjoyable to talk with. I am a DIY sort of person but watching them I was quite happy I got someone who knew what they were doing. Great experience and I highly recommend Bedrock.
