We had a pretty serious mouse problem and weren’t even sure how bad it was. Based on droppings and activity, it was estimated to be 20+ mice, which is… not great. Justin, the owner, spent 20+ minutes on the phone with me walking through the situation, explaining what was likely happening, and answering questions without rushing me or pushing a sale. He was also completely upfront about pricing before anyone ever came out. No surprises, very reasonable, and clearly competitive. He then connected me with Ryan, who came out the very next day. Ryan came out to deal with some voles that had been tunneling under my shed. He was professional and courteous and very pleasant! And the voles were gone within 10 days. Thanks to Bee Smart, my shed won't collapse into the tunnels!

Justin helped rid our home of some mice a while ago and was responsive, informative and professional. He gave us confidence the issue was being resolved and it was. This inspection was a follow up and while looking for sign of mice, saw and advised of black widow webs. Glad they’re on our side!
