Update: I am going to post pictures of the actual carpet (LATER). Clearly, this is not an attempt to swindle a company out of funds. I sent them to his son as he requested. Maybe the son kept the funds idk, I am more concerned with the level of service that was received. EVERYTHING ELSE TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR SON. THE MONEY WAS SENT & YOU STILL CLEAN CARPET WITH NO SOLUTION OR SPOT REMOVAL. CHECK THAT ! PAST REVIEW: I had this company clean my carpet twice, and both times they showed up without a proper cleaning solution or spot remover. THE CARPET LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME BEFORE THE CLEANING & SO DOES TGE SOFA. As a so-called professional, that makes no sense at all.
