I have been using BEI Exterior Maintenance for the past 2.5/3 years for all projects large or small for the Property Management Company I work for and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial consultation to the final touches and walk through, they have always exceeded my expectations. Their ability to handle all projects is unmatched. From roofing, siding, concrete and much more you can be assured they will be able to handle your needs. Because of the nature of our industry there are times I cannot be on-site to check-in on the project and it never fails, I've never had to worry about the job. I would not recommend working with this company. We had a half day project at our home. Initially, we were told a crew would come within the next two weeks- but at very least by the month’s end. They would not specify a day but guaranteed the work would be done in a month. A month passed and then they told us they had more projects coming in and still couldn’t guarantee if and when they do the work. One morning, they called and to say they could *start* the work but didn’t know if they could finish it - and couldn’t say for sure when they’d be able to return to finish the job. As a property manager, I've worked with BEI on many projects. Very few contractors I work with communicate through a project as well as BEI. The representatives I've worked with have been great about detailing what to expect on the front end as well as explaining any unforeseen problems during a project.

BEI is great to work with. Quick to come out to provide the proposal, and Steve had great communication throughout the project from scheduling, updates and completion. Would definitely use again!

Cold-called to harass me about using their services. When I explained that they were violating both state and federal law by calling me (as my number is on the Do No Call list), the caller asked if I wanted my number removed from their list. The caller was extremely rude and I eventually hung up on him. I would not trust a company whose employees behave in such a manner.
