Beiler Brothers Roofing

Had flashing repaired around my chimney that was done incorrectly, allowing water to leak into my bathroom, causing damage to the wall and ceiling as well with water leaking into my basement and drip onto my boiler. They are refusing to come out and fix there mistake. They told me that they are closed when they are actually open. I would not recommend this company for any roof related problems. I'd recommend Hackman Roofing out of E-Town.

We got several quotes for doors & windows and Beiler Brothers gave us the best price and more for our money. They just installed 3 new doors and 13 windows in our house and we could not be happier with their work. Eli and Tim did the doors on Tuesday and Tim and a crew were back on Thursday to complete the windows. They took pride in their work and went above and beyond making sure everything looked perfect. We will definitely hire them again for our next project (most likely siding!).

They replaced roof in 2014 and all appeared well. However, flashing along chimney started to leak this year 2021 and their response was disrespectful and non professional. Numerous request for resolution and possible quote to repair eventually lead to an ONE HOUR visit and a subsequent $470 invoice. They completely ignored request for quote and lead my wife to believe they would take care of under warranty. I paid bill in person yesterday and expressed my disappointment with how they treated my wife and/well - I was told to get out - it was his brothers job on that side of town. If check is cashed I will not be surprised.

0 out of 5 stars and buyer beware! I am writing this review on behalf of my Mom, who used Beiler to replace her old roof. Not only did Beiler improperly replace her roof, by using a cheap crushed ridge vent that caused large amounts of condensation, moisture, and plywood mildew in her attic within 3 years, but they refused to acknowledge this negligence and were extremely unprofessional with her and I when we asked for them to come back and assess. This unprofessionalism was most exemplified by Eli Beiler, who yelled through the phone at my Mom repeating that the roof was "replaced correctly", his unannounced visit to her house while she was out and refusal to wait more than 5 minutes for her return, and the lack of response to requests for documentation. WOW!!! My wife and I have had a opportunity to make some updated repairs to our back pouch with the help from "Beiler Brothers Roofing" from New Holland, Pa. The craftsmanship that was completed on this project was PERFECT!! We have been conducting business with this company for over 12 years & each time the service is/was outstanding, from roofing, doors, rain gutters, to windows and just about everything else is always top notch, hands down!!!
