Beiler & Co. is an amazing custom home builder in Winchester, Frederick County, VA. They built a completely custom home for me from plans that I provided, and were attentive to every detail I had envisioned for my new home. And when some of the things I had planned didn't make sense, or for some reason would not give me the result that I was after, they were great about working with me to identify alternatives while controlling costs, and in many cases the end result exceeded expectations over the original plan. Beiler and Company was the right choice for building our custom home. What we got from Beiler and Co. was constant communication throughout the project (this was key) and a beautiful home at the end. Regular communication seems like a little thing but most builders would rather not communicate for fear of changes or because they might be nailed down to a promise they made. I know, we fired the first builder before we even got started. Beiler and Co. built our custom home during the Covid pandemic when supplies and labor were hard to find and costs for many of the supplies were rising.
