If you need hvac services I highly recommend Cool Techs. Jason and his team are awesome. Their costs are fair and you don’t have to wait weeks for service. This is the 2nd time they have saved us short notice. First time it was 90+ outside and they were out the same day to fix the problem. This time the heat went out and they were able to squeeze us in within 24 hrs. Amazing customer service!

Chris Polley promptly arrived, quickly diagnosed my issue, had the part ordered, returned the next day and replaced the defective Honeywell damper control board. I have lived with this issue since my heat pump was installed. A different company replaced my old heat pump but it never ran properly. I even had a second HVAC company out to fix the issue but they told me it was running fine. I then gave up and lived with the problem for nearly 3 years until Monday when I used AI to search for a local HVAC who specialized in Honeywell Damper controls and Cool Techs Heating and Air came up. I immediately called, Jason responded and sent Chris. And the rest is history and I am now thrilled to have a functioning heat pump once again. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

Call these guys and left a message, Ada called me called back in about 5 minutes and the tech was with me in about 3 hrs. Gordon (the tech) was great he talked me through the whole process and sorted my problem out quickly. Great experience, highly recommended 👍

Chris rocked it out again, amazing service and great troubleshooting. You got our heat system, fully reconfigured, to include reprogramming our nest to utilize our heat pump and propane correct correctly. Very thankful for his help, he did an outstanding job!
