Designer Teresa was very helpful in creating a beautiful bathroom design for us. Her expertise, professionalism, and commitment were invaluable. Project Manager Cemil walked us through the remodeling process, so we knew what to expect, and was very accessible. He kept us informed and had a keen sense of attention to detail. Everyone was polite and conscientious, including all the prep work to make sure the rest of the floor and furniture was protected. Communication about pricing, timelines and updates was excellent. This was an investment for us for a room we use multiple times every day and we had a great experience.

We have an old historic home and selected Kitchen and Bath Shop after shopping around, and found them to be the most professional and organized company. The showroom in Winchester is very nice with professional software to make the design process easy and fun. The work was completed quickly and the tile setters were very considerate, careful and respectful in our home and did a fantastic job. Kuchen and Bath Shop was great with my Kuchen/dining room/living room renovation. Theresa was my designer and was so patient with my multiple changes. They were willing to look at my ideas and “make it work“. Cemil and Henry the project managers were very responsive and Dany, the construction manager was an artist coming up with some ideas of his own that added to the project.
