Bel-­Aire Home Restoration

After a severe hail storm in spring 2025, I hired Bel-Aire Home Improvement to complete exterior repairs including roof, gutters, siding, and windows. I was promised completion by fall 2025. It is now almost 2026, and only the roof has been completed. Communication has been consistently poor. I’ve been given the runaround for months, experienced long periods with no updates, and have been stood up multiple times after being told they would be onsite and that someone needed to be home. I have missed work due to these no-shows. The most serious issue: My windows were removed on 11/05/25 and have still not been replaced as of 12/28/25. I have been actively trying to get this resolved since September 4th. It took from 9/04 until 11/05 for them to even show up to look at the windows. Despite

Had been looking for roofing quotes to get a roof fixed. Called Bel-Aire to get a quote to compare different options. Told them I was looking at getting a quote to get multiple different options with local businesses, was told that if I wanted a quote then they better be the ones to get the job. Didn't know that giving quotes meant you were required to pick them... To say the least I didn't choose them and was treated poorly when I didn't. I wouldn't recommend for the simple fact that the quote they did provide was overpriced, and they had awful customer service. It doesn't take much to be respectful to potential business or at the very least politely decline and that you aren't taking on anymore work. I can respect an honest no.

Super great customer service and work! Owner goes out if his way to be a blessing to his customers and employees. HAG certified hail damage experts and very knowledgeable. Will go out of their way to get your roof and siding payed for by insurance and maximize your claim. Absolutely recommend!

Dustin and his team have always done an excellent job on my house. We have been using Bel-Aire for over 3 years now and I will never switch. They are efficient and pose a great price for the work they perform. If you are looking for anything roof related I would recommend contacting this company!
