Gobin & Allion Flooring Center

I would not recommend Gobin and Allion. Everything was good when I first ordered the flooring until they started installing. Screw up after screw up. From the planks not lining up, to having holes in my walls (which was 2 days after taking the trim off, so had nothing to do with the removal of trim), then constantly asking to fix my transitions, oh and having a plank that was cut too short and let's just fill that in with caulk twice! Told them twice about that planks that was cut short, all they wanted to do was fill it in with caulk. They didn't want to cut a new plank. And when I told Kevin about all this he didn't seem too concerned. Yes he told them to patch my walls, but the gaps between my planks he just told me to wait until they are completely done! We used Gobin and Allion for our wood flooring. Mostly dealing with Todd, we found him very helpful and his main concern was that we were happy. The flooring turned out beautiful and we will be back. Terry and Bill

This is the place to buy all your flooring needs. Very knowledgeable and courteous when purchasing. They came in and measured and helped pick out the floors and got use on the schedule. I’m extremely happy how it turned out and definitely be back.

No way in hell YOU should do business with this company. MAX (saleman) stated "we got our money... I could care less about if she likes it after she bought it" - He also stated that it would be a 50% restock fee even though they are a mannington dealer. As a contractor that cares about my customers - never would I recommend this business.

Store doesn't open till 8am, however Todd warmly invited me inside @ 7am. Todd is Mr. PERSONALITY. From his sparkling eyes to the huge grin on his face, his attitude is pleasing the customer. Told him what I wanted & he quickly jumped to the task with a can do attitude. I highly recommend this business. We purchased flooring. From the start to the completed project, all radiated professional skills and up beat willing attitudes. I love the humor between the 2 partners.Now I'm thinking of new berber carpeting in master bedroom! Guess where I'm going!
