Fastest I’ve ever been though an online order at any Menards yard! Guy at the desk read my shirt and knew who I was and what I ordered, and then the guy on the forklift was waiting for me with my order to finish at the counter and helped me load it into my truck, it was great! Finally, the gate attendant actually cared about what I was taking out instead of the usual “yep I saw one thing, you’re free”. I live near Madison and do I wish I lived here because this Menards is better than the rest. Shoutout to who ever is working this Tuesday round noon, love you guys.

Home improvement supply store. Ample parking available. This place is huge. Often it is difficult to find a specific item, especially if it is an advertised sale item so be prepared to ask an associate for help. Did a pickup at the Platteville Menards. The associate, Hunter, was friendly and helpful. He double checked my order and guided me where to pick up lumber. Nice, well organized and labeled items are easy to find in lumber building. Although I did need to go into the store to get my PVC pipe. (It was not outside by the other pipes)

All cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Menard floor workers can always get you to the product(s) you are looking for.

We just purchased a set of deck furniture this morning and I would like to say that Amber went above and beyond to assist us with getting everything that we needed. When we went around back to pick up the set she was even back there and said how we would be so happy with the set that we purchased. Nice job with having Amber on your team.
