During a freeze I called for service and set a priority appointment for the following morning(nothing same day). Thirty minutes later they called and cancelled.....no explanation no suggestions......

In December the person they sent failed to diagnose that a gurgling sound in the shower meant we had a disconnected p-trap beneath the floor. They didn't seem interested to engage in actual work to figure it out, saying it sounded like 'it went to the septic so we should call them.' (That shower floor later came apart and the guy who came to look at it immediately knew what the gurgling sound was.) Today they declined to come put an anode rod in our water heater because it is Whirlpool brand. (??) When getting the callback about that, they didn't remember I also asked on the first call for help with the house filtration system, but at that point I was done dealing with them.

Very friendly. No mess left. Fast and very professional. She answered my questions about future hot water heater needs. And she stopped to pet my dog before she left! I will refer this company and use them in the future! Seemed like a very fair price.

Missy from Belair Plumbing spent a couple hours this morning fixing up a couple minor catastrophes (or potential catastrophes) resulting from the floor refinishing. . . . Quite a bit of work but now we have a non-leaking ice maker/water doodad on the fridge again & a brand new gas line hose from main to kitchen stove. That last was my biggest worry, since the original line had been kinked & pinched in the process of putting the stove back. . . . I love working with the folks at Belair Plumbing. Missy and her colleagues are prompt, professional & considerate folks who provide quality service at what I consider a reasonable price. Recommend 'em very highly.

I had a plumbing emergency. Called Ty at Belair plumbing on a weekend. He couldn't have been more helpful. Even met me at Home Depot to insure that I got correct parts. Came to my home, worked quickly, got me fixed and was very fair on price. Just a great guy! I would highly recommend Belair Plumbing.. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars.
