My wife and I, we are super happy and excited with our new kitchen, Belette's Custom Cabinets is the best. Francisco, the owner and his team are super professional, super good, they work in each details so you feel really pleased. Super good prices, we were looking few places but believe me, they are the very best for sure. We are so thankful to find them to do this big project in our house. We recommend then 100%.

I purchased two bathroom Corian sinks and a counter top, and received the counter with two cheap ceramic sinks. One sink chipped and they not only blamed it on me but they never replaced them or anything else. The leg to one of the cabinets started peeling the same year. Also, One kitchen cabinet is already peeling and they were installed 3 years ago! Worst customer service I’ve ever had! They will never live up to their written agreement and now we have to sue as they won’t repair, replace or honor the warranty. Buyer beware! Update: March/ 2024 and they still haven’t corrected the broken sink. The touched up the paint chips but paint is still peeling and the owners/ company will not answer my calls! It’s a real shame because they know how to build cabinets but they still haven’t learned

I've been trying to get my cabinets finished from Francisco since December 2021 and the communication is the worst i've had in my life with a contractor. Made my deposit May 2021 to get my cabinets done by the beggining of September. They finished my cabinets in December 2021. I had to call many times with issues with drawers and doors. Its May 2022 and I have called their office and Francisco's cell every week since December, I have received promise after promise with no results. He has made many of my co-workers cabinets, but comunication is the worst I've ever experienced. Love the new unfinished kitchen, but would not recommend to anyone. Tired of Francisco excuses. Won't be using him ever again. One thing is for sure, i feel for his employees that have to deal with customers complaint
