Very recently, my Maytag washing machine wasn't feeling it's best. So, I found Bell Appliance Repair, who was rated very high, and I took the leap and contacted them to set up an appointment. I am so pleased with their quick response! Mr. Bell (the owner) was the person who responded and after diagnosing the issue with my washer, got the part and replaced it. Mr. Bell is extremely knowledgeable, professional, fair, and personable! Of such importance for me, Mr. Bell explained the issue, cause, solution, and price up front, as well as followed up with me to ensure my washer was now working properly. I contacted Bell Appliance Repair on a Tuesday, and their technician came the following day, assessed the issue, returned within the stated time (to pick up the necessary parts to fix my refrigerator) and completed the work promptly. I am glad their team was responsive and able to fix my refrigerator issue quickly and efficiently. I was connected with Bell Appliance through my home warranty company. After dealing with a nightmare of a company coming out twice with no progress, I cannot say enough how much of a "breath of fresh air" it was to deal with kind and professional people who listened to the customer. My repair included ordering parts ahead of time and the technician even had to leave mid-service to go and get an additional part.
