Bell Harbor Conference Center Garage

Garage was advertised for our company party which was happening at the Bell Harbor Conference Center, upon arrival to enter into the garage, the doors were closed and the garage was coned off. Very frustrating for many as there was in excess of 300 people at our party and all of them had to find parking else where.

Onsite staff is fine but the garage itself is in really rough shape. Hard to get back to your car and expensive for all the hassle it makes you go through.

Have been waiting over an hour in standstill traffic to try and get out of the garage and there’s no end in sight. Awful garage for event parking. They need a much better system.

Used parking hero. Instructions said to verify with the attendant when leaving. There was no attendant. Called and rang several times at the Kiosk. They gave me the run around and hung up on me. Parking hero did respond to my review and they gave me a credit. Hope they get this sorted.

Parked here yesterday around noon on a Friday to visit Pike's Place and the location worked great for us since we wanted to avoid the crowded parking garage of Pike's Place. The female attendant at the Elliott Ave entrance was extremely helpful, friendly, and let us know were we could park (thank you!). We exited through the Wall St gate in the afternoon and gave our ticket to another female attendant that also greeted us with smiles, had a cheerful demeanor and made our exiting process easy and quick. Overall our experience was positive, the car was safe and the price was reasonable (we paid $14.00).
