big fan of this place! mike is friendly, knowledgeable, and. very helpful. tried a few other supply houses in the area before i came across bell-ridge. brought the old valves with me and and had all the replacement parts in a few minutes and for a reasonable price. will definitely come back!

You guys ripped us off. We got a Moen shower cartridge the other day and you gave us the product that was slightly opened. We showed you this before we left and you said it was not considered opened. Our plumber looked at it and said we needed a Delta. My husband went to return it with understanding about the %15 percent return fee. He was told it wasn’t given to us like that which is an lie. It’s bad enough we made the mistake but to be told it’s non returnable is poor business management and taking advantage of someone that is not experienced in your field. Thanks for a very horrible experience. By the way you were highly recommended and did not expect to be treated like this.
