NEVER FINISHED THE JOB! Worked a couple days days clearing trees and brush on my property back in March. They came with the right equipment and were doing a pretty good job. They had maybe 2 hours of work left to finish but said they had to move on to another project. Rich promised to be back in the next week or two to finish so I paid him for the full job (my mistake). They never came back. I had to finish the job myself, which took several hours with a chain saw and manual labor. I called them several times and left messages. Never received a response.

They were great! Quickly got us on the schedule, worked quick and clean. We had to cut down my kids favorite picinc/climbing tree due to a virus, they cut a piece of the stump for me and left it for my kids. We are going to use them again in a few months for a few more trees.

Professional, Educated, Trustworthy and Fair. Fully licensed and insured. These men are extremely skilled arborist and true tree experts. When other tree guys can't do a job, they call in A-1. Being a landscaper, I have worked with many tree "services". I won't recommend anyone but A-1. There are alot of shady people with a truck and a chainsaw. Don't take the risk. Hire a professional! Hire A-1.

Horrible service; missed trimming many dead branches that we expected them to do. Ignored one big dead tree that he had agreed to cut; I had to run down the road to catch him to get it cut down; then he just left it on ground instead of loading in his truck to remove. They agreed to return and promised they would but it's a year later, no sign of them.

Updated, finally got to me explained why it took so long and he seemed a good guy. This project was a bit pricey for me but him showing up and at least being upfront and explaining gives him much better standing with me. I'd use him for a larger project.
