Belton did my soft start install as part of my Base power setup. They’ve come out twice now. The first time Asif did my install and he was knowledgeable and professional. The second time was a month later, I had some issues with the soft start. I texted the contact number, and was quickly responded to by the after hours dispatcher. They dispatched Asif first call of the day and he was able to replace the faulty soft start. We had a nice conversation, and I learned a lot about my system while he was working. I’ve found Belton air, and the tech Asif to be very professional, and knowledgeable. They’ve very deserving of a 5 star review

Owner himself showed up an provided excellent installation service. If he's the example of how he trained the people who works for him, I look forward to doing business with his company for a long time. Kyle from Belton AC came out to install the Soft Start hardware for the new generator install. He also remedied a few other problems during this job. He was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company based on my experience with this technician.

Belton Air is an “A+ Company! Total professionals from start to finish. The communication is outstanding…arrival times and completion times were on point! Morning appointment for a soft start install on two units. Brad showed up with time to spare and presented as one of the most informed techs I've ever encountered. His personality was warm and he arrived ready to do a fine job. All went well and I will be keeping his contact info if new work is ever needed.
