Even though I chose the more difficult and expensive installation route, Chris remained patient and understanding throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find tradespeople who truly care about the quality of their work, but that is not the case with Chris. He provided a quick basic quote, came out promptly to assess the area, ordered the equipment immediately, and was ready to install soon after. I have had heating issues in the winter since I bought my home 4 years ago. I’ve had someone out to look at it twice who said there was nothing wrong. Last week when my house wouldn’t heat past 58 degrees in the extreme cold, Chris came out the same day and immediately noted there was a problem and dug in to find the issue which turned out to be several. Chris found the issue where others didn’t and even checked on me to make sure I was doing ok after he got my emergency heat working before the large 5 hour fix could be done. I cannot recommend Chris and High Caliber enough. My neighbor recommended him to me and I am grateful that he did! Chris also took a video of everything he found as he had the unit apart, and went over it in detail with me so I would understand. I will never use anyon
