I had a really great experience. The ladies in the store are super. Tim who came to my house to help me make decisions about how we would do things was extremely talented. And Marcelo who came with his crew to do the actual work were timely, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I'm sure I will use them again whenever I need flooring help.

They did a great job on my floor. I did have to be aggressive with getting a quote quickly because I was on a time crunch. There was a miscommunication with the guys laying the floor that the old floor needed to be removed. I wasn’t super impressed with the quarter round paint job but other than all of that I’m very pleased with the outcome and do recommend them for your flooring needs.

The entire team at Floor Store & More were exceptional. They were friendly as well as helpful throughout the whole process from carpet selection to installation. We could not have been happier with the results and will definitely do more business with them. What a treasure right here in Belton, Texas. Thanks to everyone.

If you’re like me scrolling google and trying to figure out which company to go to for your flooring and tile needs look no further. The owners, office staff and labors are all easy to work with. The pricing is excellent and the craftsmanship is flawless. Will definitely use this company again the work speaks for itself

I opened the door and was greeted by Kirby, 5 pounds of furry cuteness with a waggly tail, followed by Mandy, his lovely mother. I'd been looking for an area rug for my living room for months, thought maybe trying carpet 🤔. I took a pillow from my chair. Mandy and I chatted a bit, then she turned to the samples and showed me exactly what I was looking for, even though I wasn't sure what I was looking for til she showed me. I took some samples home, which was great because I would have chosen the wrong color for my room. The price was very reasonable, and it should be bound and ready for pickup in under 2 weeks. They have all kinds of flooring and the knowledgeable and personal service that's hard to find these days
