Came to write a critical review and I’m not one bit surprised at the other reviews already posted. 8/11/21 edit: new photo, same mess left behind.

Today is 11/19/19 The guy driving truck #2519 white Colorado @ 5:30AM almost hit a pedestrian. He blew a red light and was going like 70 mph down Grand Avenue. My dash cam went straight to SAPD. I got his license plate perfect.

Bemus Landscape staff does a terrible job of maintaining the Aegean Heights property. The staff has been caught discarding their personal trash in the bushes along our property and continues to do so. Have reported the issues many times to both the property management company and Bemus direct. Still waiting on an actual Bemus manager to contact me, so reverting to social media and reviews to get my voice heard.

My HOA hired this landscaping company. The workers are the worst most unprofessional people ever.
