Fantastic experience start to finish. Very responsive, understood exactly what we were looking for. Found a few ways to cut costs on areas that made sense, came in under budget and right on time. We replaced all the cedar shake panels with Hardie Board for durability (and to ward off woodpeckers). Replaced fascia boards, gutters & leaf guards. Replaced any wood that was in bad shape along the way. Vance kept us up to date every step of the way. Even took care of a small issue with the ridge vents on the roof while they were out. Would highly recommend. Got several other quotes, once we met them, we decided right away to go with them. Honesty, integrity and complete customer satisfaction is how they built their business and it shows. No surprises.

Vance and his team did an excellent job. From communication about the project from the start to finish. It is sometimes hard to find help these days but not with Bennett Remodeling from quality of work, communication and timeliness of completion. I would definitely recommend 100%

We had Bennett Remodeling put in a new roof for us. It was a very extensive job and they were fantastic. From Vance giving us continued updates and aerial videos from his drone, to his team working with the utmost professionalism. We hired Vance Bennett and his crew to replace our roof and gutters in 2022, and the experience was fantastic. So much so that we hired him again in the fall of 2024 for siding and front porch updates, and window installations. One of the standout aspects of working with Vance is his excellent communication. Even before the project began, he consistently kept us informed about the timeline, especially as he finished up other projects ahead of ours. His flexibility and easy-going nature made the entire process stress-free. But he was always attentive to our questions and concerns. The quality of work and professionalism of Vance and his team were top-notch. We highly recommend him.

Highly recommend. They are responsive and have gotten repairs done quickly. We purchased a home with a roof put on by a different company. We’ve had a few issues that we needed help with and Bennett has been a lifesaver. We will definitely use them when we have to replace the entire roof in the next couple years.
