I sent a message to OOD late on a Sunday, garage door spring broken. A representative from OOD (Sam) called me first thing Monday morning, very professional and courteous. OOD was able to get a technician to my home Tuesday morning. The tech (Scott) called me and gave me his ETA , which was helpful. The repair was done quickly and the worksite was left tidy. Very happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

9/12/25 Just another shout out to these guys! I am still thrilled with my garage door! Everyone who visits comments on how quiet it is during operation. I love the keypad and do not know how I lived without it! Thank You Again! Three years later :) 2023 Post - Oxford Overhead Door just installed a new garage door with Lift Master. It is so quiet and I am very pleased with the quality. These guys are the nicest most knowledgeable folks! I highly recommend them!

Billy, the technician that came out and performed all the work, was very helpful, courteous, and detail oriented as well! Oxford Overhead Door To The Rescue!!! After being told by another company that we would need an entirely new system - including motor - we decided to get a second opinion.
