Harbor Freight

My first experience at Harbor Freight was great. All three ladies working were friendly and helpful. I don't know if it was automatically applied or the nice woman at the counter added it, but I saved 15% on an expensive toolbox because of a coupon applied that I was unaware of. The company may have lost $90 from that, but they gained a customer for life.

Great help. Logically laid out once you get the hang of it. Great selection of items in the categories they have. Great parking, in a strip mall setting but they have the entire end with not much around that would be busy. Store was clean, interesting items and reasonable good prices unless they have their sake, then great prices. Recommend

Had a difficult time locating a couple items, employees ended up calling around & eventually found what I wanted. The store with the items pulled them from the floor, set aside for me and did so knowing I couldn't come get them for several more hours. I've honestly had really good luck with HF over the years, but what has really made the difference (from my perspective) is the positive interactions with the staff and managers who've gone out of their way to help me with anything I've needed!

Really glad they opened a store here. Way more convenient than driving up to Lapeer and I hate Hall Rd, so this works out great. Went in for the first time today, and I know they just opened, but this was by far the cleanest Harbor Freight I've ever been in.

I decided to purchase a Bauer Portable heater, they are out of stock. I decided to call the Oxford store. Brian the store manager answered the phone, the heater is out of stock . I explained that I received a store manager coupon that expires 2/4. He said it's not your fault that there out of stock. He offered me a raincheck to honor the coupon. Although I haven't got the heater yet, I am absolutely impressed with the professional courtesy I received. This store is absolutely amazing! Thank you.
