Fantastic. They came on short notice with that in a half an hour when I had termite active infestation uncovered doing a floor repair. They were the only people available to come quickly. Who made a special effort to treat the inside of my house in an expeditious manner. Patrick in particular was so helpful as was Matt. He has over 8 years experience with Bennett's and is certified and licensed in three states. They were very informative, polite, friendly, and went above and beyond. I am so grateful to them

My experience with Bennett Termite & Pest Solutions was very different from the other reviews posted here. Bennett was hired and coordinated entirely through our rental management company to address a bed bug issue in a rental condo while I was out of state. Although the concern centered on one bedroom, the entire unit was treated. I was told the situation was being handled and under control. After treatment, the unit was considered clear. I later discovered live insects in that same bedroom. During follow-up discussions, it became clear that additional bedding and soft goods had remained stored in the affected room at the time of treatment. Joe did a great job and is very professional. He explained clearly the service he was performing and updated us when he was finished. We have been using Bennett for many years and have been very pleased. We have not had any pest problem at all.

This review is long overdue, I had Bennett's services in my rental home in September 2025 and Patrick Curran was the employee that I spoke to throughout the whole process. He was friendly, helpful and professional from beginning to end. Especially since I was anxious about having an infestation, this was especially appreciated as he answered all my questions and his team took care of us without a long wait. He even held my consult appt when my bank card had an issue which he did not have to. The price was significantly less than others. We were satisfied and would recommend to anyone.
