We had Coastal replace our roof. Everything throughout the process was great! Did a very good high quality work. The work crews did a professional job . I don’t know how these guys work in hot weather but they did amazing work. Great local people to do business with! Highly recommend them. Recently I had Coastal Home Roofing give us a new roof, gutters and down spouts. They also replaced a skylight that we had for 30 years. I was very impressed with the the professional way they did all the work. I needed 13 sheets of plywood replaced and I was shown the reasons why and I appreciated the explanation and shown the why it had to be done. I feel very good about the work and the workers used in the job. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

The materials used were below average quality, and the workmanship showed it — uneven shingles, poor flashing, and gaps that shouldn't be there on any professional job. For what they charge, you'd expect better on both counts. To make things worse, their crew damaged my siding in the process and wouldn't take responsibility for it. When I finally got the owner on the phone, he came across as dismissive — more concerned about the cost of fixing the damage his crew caused than actually making it right for the customer.
