Our condo was without heat and it was a cold weekend. We’ve used Ocean Breeze solely since acquiring it. Jason promptly came out and troubleshot the issue. While it needed bigger repairs done later in the week, he was able to provide us with a temporary solution so we’d have heat for the weekend. Jason called a few hours later to make sure the heat was still working. That’s fantastic customer service. I’d highly recommend Ocean Breeze without hesitation.

We contacted Ocean Breeze Heating and Air conditioning for HVAC system maintenance and the installation of a Wi-Fi thermostat. We had the wonderfully good fortune of being introduced to Brian who was the technician dispatched to handle our requests. In addition to being impressively experienced, thorough and extremely knowledgeable, Brian was efficient. Further, he not only took time to familiarize us with the mechanics of our new thermostat, but also answer our other questions. What really made our interaction notable is the fact that Brian’s technical expertise was matched by the depth of his generosity of time and kindness. We did not have heat and Brian drove through our partially flooded neighborhood to get to our house. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and got the system running again. Had a problem with new system installed they responded had someone out to diagnose problem almost immediately which was a minor issue. These guys CARE about the customer and I highly recommend them for your heat and a/c needs from Karen in the office (outstanding job) to the installation crew it doesn’t get much better than what I experienced.
