We hired a waterproofing company about 6 years ago and they did some work and charged us for it. The leak was slowed for a short while, but then it came back. A couple years afterwards, we had another contractor come through and looked at the situation and never came back. Luckily enough we got the name and number for Bennett Waterproofing. They came to our home early August. They were a pleasant mix of friendly and very professional at the same time. You immediately got a sense that they were the real deal. They were always on time and their estimate was fair. The most important thing is, they knocked out the job in one day and did a great job. After a record year of rainfall, hydrostatic pressure pushed water into our basement for the first time. We got several estimates, but Bennett Waterproofing was the most affordable by far. They also were clear about what they thought was needed, and didn't try to run up the price with unnecessary expenses. Finally, although we agreed to start on a Tuesday, they called back and let us know that they were going to push through the weekend on another job so they could start with us on a Monday. Excellent work and great timing. While a leaking basement isn't a problem I'd want to again have, I have no doubt I'd call Bennett again.

Bennett Waterproofing was recommended by a friend. I contacted them at the end of July and James came out for an estimate within a day. He was very personable and what I most appreciate is that he listened to what I thought was the problem and then gave me his opinion on the best course of action. I had a drain and sump pump installed on November 4, 2019 in two days, less than the original estimate of 3 days. The work was impeccable. I'll be able to leave home and not worry about a wet basement upon my return. I would recommend Bennett Waterproofing to anyone in need. After having multiple companies come out and quote solutions, I went with Jamie and his team and I am glad I did. Jamie arrived early both days of work, worked non stop digging an internal trench and installing a full sump/drain pipe system for me. The team worked quickly and cleaned up everything nicely when the job was completed. Definitely the best choice for basement waterproofing!

Mr Bennett installed drain tiles and a sump pump in our basement. What we liked most about him was -- when he said he would be here for an appointment to review our water problem, he was here and on time. Same promptness on the installation day. He answered all of our questions about the sump pump and how the system would work at various times before actual installation. Mr. Bennett was courteous as were his employees.
