We worked with Alissa Kent in order to get our roof replaced. She made the process so easy and it was seamless! She was professional and had our claim approved and roof replaced within a matter of weeks! The roofers came and had the roof done in one day (house and shed), they did an amazing job! Would highly recommend this company!

Tony and Vanguard have been phenomenal to work with. I contacted Tony after a huge windstorm with speeds clicked at 80mph hit back in January. Tony came out, assessed the issue, and informed us that because it was caused by a wind storm, he could get it covered by our homeowners insurance. The leak also caused our gas fireplace to stop lighting. Tony handled all major communication with the insurance company (the insurance company called me directly to let me know when the adjuster would be out, Tony handled literally every other conversation), told me to contact a fireplace tech of my choosing, and he even handled the payment for the fireplace. I have had a fantastic experience working with Marcus to have roofs and skylights replaced at my place in Annapolis. It took me several months to approve the final plan during which Marcus was highly supportive and patient, providing info as needed. During the on-site construction, we realized much of the existing gutter work was not reuseable as believed. Vanguard stepped up and replaced the gutters on my house without a hitch.
