Hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with! The owner has extensive experience that made it so there was never a question or concern that I had that he did not have an answer or a solution for. I worked with them to renovate my entire home, and every person that I worked with was fantastic. I cannot wait to use them again for my next project, and I would recommend them to anyone for any project big or small!

My husband and I worked with Brian to renovate my father’s house in order to sell it. Thanks to Brian, we were able to more than DOUBLE the value of his home and make a nice profit on the sale. His work was brilliant, imaginative, and immaculate. He addressed every single one of our questions answered concerns and left us “floored” with the end result. I had a vision for converting my dysfunctional hallway closet into an open custom farmhouse laundry area. I spoke with my friend and owner of Ready to Sell Renovations & Custom Builders Brian, who partnered me with Ronnie as my PM. I explained my vision to him, my goals for the area and we worked together to put a plan in action. I picked all of the materials, showed him the layout of my design and together we brought my vision to life! Ronnie was a great PM & so fun to work with & the final product blew me away! Working with Oliver and the team was wonderful! We were initially given two options from our real estate agent and we went with Ready to Sell because they were professional from the start, providing us with a detailed list of the work with and were very open and responsive to any changes we needed to make to the work we needed done to the house. Their work was amazing and left our house beautiful to sell. Their range of work also helped because we also needed to do a lot of clean up in the yard, and trash disposal, which they took care of. Couldn't have asked for better service!

This company worked through and with our realtor make the necessary changes, repairs, and cleaning in preparing our property in Maryland for sale. To the credit of all involved, the sale closed within six weeks of the house being emptied of our belongings and just one month after the property was listed for sale. The company representative, Oliver, listened carefully and explained anything I asked about during our initial walk-through. The company worked quickly and the house was ready and on the market in about two weeks. The clean up was thorough and the home showed well. When a last-minute item came up, Oliver and his crew hopped on it and got it done very quickly. Oliver was also responsive to follow up communications by text and/or email as needed.
