Palmer Heating and Cooling

We had a new multi-unit mini split system installed in our home a couple months ago by Palmer Heating and Cooling. The bid was the best we received and the work was completed carefully and quickly. The system did require a couple follow-up visits to make adjustments to refrigerant and ensure everything was working properly. However, every time I called Russ he was responsive and made sure the job was ultimately completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely hire this company again. A few months later everything is working great!

Palmer Heating and Air responded very quickly when our heat stopped working on Christmas Eve day! It was a very windy, very cold day and the owner showed up to determine the issue. We were so pleased! In the spring, we had them install a new unit and the price was reasonable. They are responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

I don't typically write a review, but definitely felt that I needed to this time. We needed a new heat pump system and had 3 estimates from 3 companies. We went with Palmer for 3 reasons: HONESTY, Affordability, and efficiency. The two other companies tried to sell us things we didn't need or want. Palmer came in and was very honest from the get-go. The day of the installation, Russ and his crew came on time as promised and immediately got to work. Overall, they did a FANTASTIC job and highly recommend this company!

I initially got a quote from a competitor that sounded quite high in order to fix our heat pump. I called Palmer Heating and Cooling and after checking out the system they said they could do the job, no problem. Without knowing about the competition, they were offering a much faster schedule at a much better price. Now, our house is warm and I feel lucky I called Russ! We will return to them for business in the future.
