Bennett's Flooring

This floor company along with his top tile man took advantage of me. They took mt money. Did not finish the job . They also tried to make a deal where I would pay more money than the contract said . Do not do business with these people . I paid these people over 18000.00 dollars and only 1/4 of the job was completed. Please be aware if you do business with these people. I am now having to involve with the better business bureau and legal action. I was taken for over $ 8.000.00 dollars. The people involved are were MikeBennett and his top tile man Christopher Ramthun. Christoper Ramthun very rarely showed up to work. He one time did not show up to work so I called him. He told me “ oh well I had to go make some quick money”. Below picture showed what I have been left with.

Our floors are less than 2 years old and are separating at the seams. We have tried reaching out to Mike and he will not get back with us. If you want poor quality, poor workmanship and someone who does not stand behind what he sells or installs, I guess this is who you should use.

I’ve had Mike do several different jobs for me, and I have always been pleased with their service and dedication. There has been 2 times we have a few issues with but Mike personally jumped on it and fixed it. I am a contractor and we do install flooring along with a lot of other things also, but when I have a job and we can’t get to it I will call him and he is always… ALWAYS is there to help. We purchased our COREtec LV flooring from Bennett's Flooring and they were very helpful in all aspects which made my experience outstanding. Pricing was less than other big stores and the customer service was great! Thanks Mike!

We just had LVP put in place of all the carpet in our home. Mr. Bennett was patient with me as I tried to make up my mind about which color I wanted. Once I finally made up my mind he was quick to get us on the schedule. My husband had recently had an operation and could not lift anything and I was worried we would have to postpone because I could t move furniture alone, but he assured me his guys would take care of all of that. I just packed up the “pretty” things and they did the rest. Attention to detail was impressive and when they finished they cleaned up better than any crew I had ever had work around our home. I highly recommend them!!!
