He’s incredibly skilled and efficient in his work. I had different service technicians for a few months in between, and I had to contact the office to ensure that Al would be the one to service our property. We have used City since May or June, and they have YET to fix our issues. We had fleas and ants to begin with. They kept sending someone out, but I kept noticing fleas on them. We ended up putting out our own poison and upping the dosage of flea treatment for our dogs, and that fixed it. Then, we had to fix the ants ourselves by putting out poison. About two months ago, we noticed there were mice in our shop. We let the tech know and he said he put out traps. We were able to find one trap, and now the mice have migrated inside and it has become a nightmare. Once again, we find ourselves putting out our own poison.
