Called this company via using interpreter requestion a tech to looking into my furnace, he ask me what town i was located when i told him he said They only work a certain town not the one i live in. So when i posted on facebook asking the community if this company serve my hometown. He himself said yes. He cover my hometown but. On the phone he said he don’t Now he just told a lie so he capable. Of. Lying not. Only. That. This. He does not want to get involved with anyone who is disabled. Since i am deaf and had to use an interpreter to make the call and he got scare and told me a lie that don’t cover My hometown which. Not. Far from his place of business. So. I wouldn’t trust this guy. Go with some else’s. He not friendly as they said he is or advertised ! One star i

Travis and Dylan are very professional. I have called or text Travis (or his wife) several times in almost a panic and Travis was on his way in a split second. If you do have an appointment they are always on time or communicate with you if they are ahead or behind schedule. My unit kept burning up control boards and my previous repair man couldn’t tell me why. Travis came and looked at the unit that was filthy and clogged up. He replaced the control board, put a surge protector on it and cleaned the unit. It is running better than it has since I bought my business.
