Bentz never disappoints. The staff is friendly and professional. The techs are very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. They take the time to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. My air conditioning unit stopped working. The tech determined the motor was faulty. A new motor was installed and our air was running properly again within 90 minutes of the tech arriving. I highly recommend Bentz. The quality of their work is top notch. The value of their products are very reasonable.

Have used Bentz A.C. a very long time. Have known the family to be honest and fair in my dealings with them through the years. Several years ago I had them replace my entire a.c. System, including my duck work. Next year I will have my a.c. unit and carrier replaced by, (but of course), Bentz A.C. I highly recommend them.

Our energy bill was running $400.00 a month. After Bentz put our new GREE heating and air conditioning system in, our energy was around $100.00 a month. I can heat or cool individual rooms. I love the system.

Our ac was messing up called them since our house is built 2023 and AC is under them still under warranty. Sent me a technician told me the compressor was broken had to keep my AC off till they call me back for replacement. Our AC was off for over a week was so hot and had to ask my friends if i could borrow their portable ACs.I reached out to them twice and never received a call back until over a month later asking for my remaining payment billed for the technician. After all my family went through the heat. The AC got resolved on its own with no help received. Really dissapointed… just imagine having the AC off for over a month and not trying to turn it back on.
