I am very pleased with the service I received from Steve and his team during our home inspection. Their professional and detailed reporting led to the development of a repair checklist and provided insightful information to me as the perspective new home buyer. I’m particularly grateful for how thorough the team was during the attic inspection. They searched and dug around to locate strapping so that our wind mitigation report was complete! We were on a very tight schedule to conduct the home inspection and the team worked to ensure we met the contract deadline. Steven Boyd and his crew did an amazing job inspecting the manufactured home I am purchasing. They were professional and did a thorough job. Steve Boyd and his associate inspectors always arrive on time, are well prepared and give a highly detailed report. Steve has been in a lot of South Florida homes from new construction to older homes on the east side of town usually with additions that are usually done incorrectly. The Reliable Home Inspection Team is extremely thorough in their inspection process. They take their time to ensure they don't miss anything. Once the inspection is completed, they go through the entire report with the buyer showing pictures and answering any questions buyer may have. The next day, a report is sent via email. I personally hired them when we purchased our home a few weeks back.
