My issue was in the meter box outside. It was a little difficult to ascertain the problem. But the fine technicians Zachary and Dallas wouldn't leave until they discovered the problem. The company owner contacted Duke Energy for me and arranged an emergency stop, so the issue could be repaired. From the onset, when I spoke to a really nice young lady Charlotte. Everything was a very positive experience. I thought the prices were quite fair in respect to times spent at my home. I highly recommend the good people at Community Electric.

I just moved to Lake Placid and I needed recessed lighting put in. I called a company for a quote, they came out, charged a-service fee just to come out, and quoted me a ridiculous amount. The guy took my panel cover off and told me I needed some upgrades and was trying to up charge me. Needless to say I told him to leave when he said he couldn’t email me the quote and told me the prices aren’t guaranteed. Then I stumbled across Aaron. He came out within 20 mins of my call to quote me. He had numbers for me the next morning, they were a quarter of what this other joke company quoted. He text me later that evening to let me know they could do the work the next day. 2 guys showed up at 7am, mapped out the project and were done by 10am. What an elite operation they have. This interaction with Community Electric was positive from beginning to end. Errin came quickly to asses the scope of the work and requirements. We established that due to the scope this needed to be a “ time and material” job. They showed up right on time and worked professionally completing the job in one day. When the invoice was given it was detailed and fair with no questions needed. I not only recommend them but I will use them again.
